What it teaches Kind Speech Truth Family

The opening of the children's telling

Jash had a big sister called Aashka. Every time Aashka did anything, Jash ran to tell Mummy. "Mummy, Aashka is humming!" "Mummy, Aashka is looking at me!" Aashka did not like it at all.

One day Mummy said, "Jash, come and sit with me. Before you tell me something, ask yourself three little questions." She held up her fingers. "One: is it true? Two: is it kind? Three: is it needed?"
