Refunds, cancellations and delivery

What you buy

JainStory sells two digital plans: Reader at ₹599 and Reader + Audio at ₹849, each for one year, prices inclusive of applicable taxes. On jainstory.com you pay once through Razorpay with UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets.

Delivery

Nothing is shipped. Your plan is a digital service and starts the moment the payment is confirmed: every story opens in your account at once, on the web and in the app when you sign in with the same account. We also send a receipt by email.

Cancellation

A plan bought on this website does not renew by itself, so there is nothing to cancel. It ends one year after payment unless you pay again.

Refunds

If JainStory is not right for your family, write to support@moweb.com within 7 days of paying, from the email address of your account. We refund the full amount to the original payment method, usually within 7 working days, and the plan ends. After 7 days, plans are not refunded.

App Store and Google Play

Subscriptions bought inside the iPhone or Android app are billed, renewed, cancelled and refunded by Apple or Google under their own rules. Manage them in your Apple or Google Play account settings.
