The opening of the children's telling

In the city of Gopalak there lived a boy named Punyasar. When he grew up, he started playing games for money. He lost and lost, and one day he even took some precious jewels that were not his. His father was very upset and sent him out of the house.

That night Punyasar curled up inside a big hollow banyan tree. Suddenly, two shining beings from the sky sat on the tree, and whoosh, they lifted the whole tree and flew away with it!
