What it teaches Greed Pride Anger that returns

The opening of the children's telling

Long ago, a queen named Tara had to hide in the forest. Kind people gave her a safe room under the ground, and there her baby boy was born. Because he was born under the earth, she named him Subhum.

Subhum grew up big and strong, and one day he became an emperor. A shining magic wheel came to him, and he ruled over all six lands of the world. He had palaces, treasures, elephants and thousands of helpers.
