What it teaches Truth Trust Satya

The opening of the children's telling

In a little village, a boy named Kishan looked after the sheep. Every morning he took them up the hill to eat the green grass. Every day the sheep ate grass and slept. Nothing ever happened, and Kishan felt bored.

One day he had a silly idea. He shouted, "Wolf! Wolf! A wolf is coming!" The people in the village dropped everything and ran up the hill to help. But there was no wolf. Kishan just laughed. "I was only joking!"
