Anika is the star of her pathshala and can recite everything perfectly, but her teacher sets an exam that cannot be passed with memory alone.
What it teaches Learning Forgiveness Practice
The opening of the children's telling
Anika went to pathshala every Sunday. She knew all the prayers by heart. She knew all twenty four Tirthankars. She always had the right answer.
One day her teacher, Pratibha Aunty, said, this week there will be an exam with two parts. One part is here in class. The other part is at home, and your family will mark it. Anika laughed. An exam at home? That is funny!
